Job Description

This role involves the provision of integrated and accessible primary and specialty patient care services within a clinic or center environment. Care is delivered by clinicians and support staff who are accountable for addressing a broad range of patient healthcare needs and developing sustainable partnerships with patients. The position ensures optimal patient outcomes through effective leadership and/or direct support of patient care delivery in clinic or center settings.

The role promotes shared decision-making at all levels to support collaboration, exchange of ideas, enhanced communication, and continuous improvement in patient services. Depending on level, responsibilities may also include oversight of clinic operations, including workflow, staffing, and performance management.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing - Strong clinic/center patient care management skills, including practice management in scheduling, customer service, regulatory compliance, accreditation requirements, and/or information technology - Broad knowledge of patient populations served and requirements for delivery of care - Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective communication and collaborative decision-making - Strong leadership, fiscal, and operations management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, management, and interdisciplinary staff - Ability to create and maintain a goal-oriented environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration - Knowledge of healthcare information technology, patient care workflows, and operational processes - Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements, including legislative, accreditation, licensing, and compliance standards - Proven ability to organize, manage multiple priorities, and delegate responsibilities effectively Licensure and Certifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California and/or licensure in a relevant clinical specialty - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification Preferred Qualifications - Master’s degree in Nursing - Certified Pediatric Nurse (CPN) or Pediatric Nursing Certification (PED-BC) - Knowledge of current and emerging best practices and technologies in clinic/center healthcare settings - Three (3) to five (5) years of pediatric clinical experience - Two (2) to three (3) years of progressive supervisory experience
