Temporary Employment Program (TEP)

As part of UCSF’s internal Talent Acquisition team, TEP provides temporary staffing for non-clinical and allied health roles.

We place skilled professionals in temporary assignments that support workforce needs and help advance UCSF’s mission in healthcare.

TEP offers hiring leaders a streamlined way to access talent, while giving job seekers a chance to contribute to meaningful work.

What We Do

TEP allows UCSF hiring leaders to bring in talent for project-based work, backfills and leave of absence coverage, along with trial opportunities.

We go beyond traditional staffing by providing dedicated support throughout each temporary assignment. We serve as the HR partner for TEP employees, managing onboarding, payroll, and administrative processes so departments can stay focused on their core work.
