Job Description

Under the supervision of the Nurse Supervisor, Administrative Director, and the Medical Director, the Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing direct clinical care to employees under standardized procedures and for participating in Occupational Health programs such as medical surveillance, outbreak and exposure response. 

Qualifications
Required Qualifications: - Minimum of five (5) years of Occupational Health Nursing (LVN or RN) experience in a clinical setting - Recent (within 2 years) Occupational Health experience coordinating vaccine outreach and surveillance programs for UCSF. - Experience in training and orientation of vaccine outreach workers in vaccine administration required by UCSF policy. - Knowledge of and experience using TrackIt, the UCSF OHS EMR - Experience in NHSN reporting (Flu and COVID vaccination metrics) - This position requires flexibility to orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations. Preferred Qualifications: - COHN or COHN-S Certification - Public Health Nurse - Advanced Nursing Degree Licensure/Certifications: - Current California RN license - Current AHA CPR certification
