Job Summary:

Provides supervision for operational staff, ensures adequate staffing and staff competency. Leads subordinates in achieving program goals and objectives. Assists with the management of personnel, fiscal, and material resources.

Rally Family Visitation Services is a community program of UCSF Health Hyde Hospital championing healthy kids and strong families by fostering healthy parent-child relationships in vulnerable Bay Area families since 1991. In collaboration with the Family Courts of San Francisco, San Mateo, and Marin County, Rally delivers uniquely affordable and multilingual Center-based professional visitation services that keep kids and parents safe and connected during high-risk family system transitions. These include high conflict divorce, separation, or reunifications compounded by concerns about parent interaction, substance use, mental health, sexual abuse, domestic violence, and child abduction. Rally’s mission is to promote the safety of children, the safety of adult victims of domestic violence, and equitable access to a neutral space where children in separated families can experience healthy relationships with both parents.

Under the guidance of the Department Director, the Supervisor Family Visitation Services provides tactical leadership to maximize the effectiveness of visitation service delivery systems and financial performance at assigned site(s) and coordinates the day-to-day operational aspects of the program. The Supervisor assumes a caseload based on departmental needs and supervises staff in service delivery, ensuring the efficient, compliant, and professional delivery of services which center the best interest of children and protect adult survivors of domestic violence.

The Program/Site Supervisor’s work schedule will include one weekend day and may include weekends and weekdays/evenings, as agreed. Direct services are provided at Rally sites in Marin, San Francisco, and/or San Mateo by assignment and mutual agreement.
